The Rules of Procedure of the Ombudsman shall regulate in more detail the basic principles of the organization, procedure and manner of work of the Ombudsman and other issues significant for the work of the Ombudsman.

The application of these Rules of Procedure shall ensure the proper, orderly and timely performance of the tasks within the competence of the Ombudsman.
