MEETING OF THE OMBUDSMAN STAFF IN STRUMICA

How to improve cooperation between the main Ombudsman Office and its regional offices? Work in the new software application. What will be new Ombudsman competences after sign of the Facultative Protocol on the Convention against Torture and the Law for Protection from Discrimination?

Those were part of the themes on which discussed the Ombudsman staff on the meeting held on 23-25 January 2009 in Hotel Sirius, Strumica. On the meeting the Ombudsman personnel also discussed about experiences achieved from the previous projects realized with the support of the OSCE Mission in Skopje and the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA). At the end of the meeting the Ombudsman personnel brought conclusions in regard of improvement of the Ombudsman work.
